OMV Gas Project Kazakhstan

01

OMV Gas Project

For one of OMV's Gas Projects, ERA successfully facilitated the supply of 8.0 km of high-performance 6” seamless steel line pipe. Engineered to API 5L (PSL-2) Grade X42 specifications and featuring a robust 3-layer polyethylene (3LPE) coating, these materials were selected to ensure long-term durability and corrosion resistance in demanding gas transport environments.

02

Taq Taq Project Iraq

Taq Taq Project Iraq

For the Taq Taq Project, ERA delivered 9.2 km of 6” seamless steel line pipe meeting rigorous API 5L (PSL-2) Grade B standards. Provided as bare pipe to meet specific site requirements, this high-grade solution was supplied to support critical infrastructure and midstream flow within the Iraq region’s energy sector.

03

Shell Turret – Mooring System

ERA played a critical role in the Shell Turret Mooring System by supplying a specialised package of high-yield carbon steel seamless tubulars. Utilizing API 5L X52 (M) grade steel, these components were specifically selected for their superior strength-to-weight ratio and ability to withstand the intense mechanical stresses inherent in offshore mooring applications.

04

KOC Al Zour / Shuaiba Power Station

ERA facilitated the supply of 26” seamless low-temperature carbon steel pipe for the KOC Al Zour / Shuaiba Power Station project. Manufactured to ASTM A333 Grade 6 standards, these large-diameter pipes were specifically selected for their exceptional notch toughness and reliability in low-temperature service environments, ensuring the structural integrity of the station's critical cooling or fuel transport systems.

UAE Offshore Platform Project

05

UAE Offshore Platform Project

For this UAE Offshore Platform Project, ERA delivered a specialised package of high-performance alloy UNS 625 plates, ranging in thickness from 6mm to 25mm. Chosen for its exceptional resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and high-pressure stress, this nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy provides the critical durability required for the harsh, saline conditions of offshore platform environments.

06

ENI Zubair Iraq Project

For the ENI Zubair Iraq Project, ERA supplied a comprehensive pipeline solution featuring 1.0 km of 18” OD Schedule 120 SAW pipe. Manufactured to API 5L X60 (PSL-2) standards and protected by a 3-layer polyethylene (3LPE) coating, the package was delivered as a complete system including matching 3LPE coated 90-degree long-radius elbows and Class 900# RFWN flanges. This integrated supply ensured seamless compatibility and high-pressure integrity for one of Iraq’s most significant energy developments.

Al Taweela Alumina (ATA) Power & Steam Integration Project, UAE

07

Al Taweela Alumina (ATA) Power & Steam Integration Project, UAE

For the Al Taweela Alumina (ATA) Power & Steam Integration Project, ERA managed the supply of P91 alloy CrMo seamless pipe and fittings. This high-specification chromium-molybdenum alloy was utilised for its exceptional creep strength and thermal stability, making it the ideal choice for the high-pressure and high-temperature steam systems central to the facility's power integration.

08

RC Gas Pipework Re-classification & Additional MPFM Installation

For the RC Gas Pipework Re-classification & Additional MPFM Installation project, ERA managed the supply of special wall thickness low-temperature carbon steel (CS) pipes and fittings. These components were specifically engineered to meet unique pressure requirements and maintain structural integrity in low-temperature service environments, supporting the critical re-classification and Multiphase Flow Meter (MPFM) installation phases of the gas network.
